Reading The Forest – our rich literary heritage

By now, most people in the Forest will be familiar with the Forester’s Forest Landscape programme which is currently in its development phase. (If not, click on the link above.)
One of the projects within the programme is Reading the Forest ,which aims to revisit and explore the long tradition of writing in and about the Forest of Dean. The project is very much looking for your involvement, and as a start, is hosting three evenings at our local libraries where you can go along – for free- and listen/talk about three different authors.
The poster attached gives the details. It’s easy to book online, or call the libraries directly.
